I'm not sulking! Pardon me if I'm not precisely thrilled by the thought of my motorbike arriving with great gashes in it!

I'm hardly optimistic compared to you at times. Or perhaps madman would work better-- you're the one constantly confident we'll survive our O.W.Ls, you know.

Because it's just an exam, Moony. That's not optimism, that's confidence in our genius.

Confidence in your genius. I wish they'd allowed us our books, I'm going to forget everything and then go back and the exam will only be four months away.

Can we make a bet? Can we bet on you being the only person here thinking of exams? There's a red smiling face that wants to kill everyone and you're thinking of exams.

Exams which determine our entire future! Exams which we absolutely have to pass!

Exams which aren't half as bad as you're making them out to be.

'Cos I know about exams. 'Cos I know that exams aren't actually anything to have heart attacks over, and anything of the sort is actually rather counter-purposeful.

There's a difference between mere exams and O.W.Ls, Sirius, even you can't deny that's true!

There's a difference, yeah, but that doesn't give them some-- I dunno, some mystical power! They're still an exam. And they'll still be passed and conquered and celebrated like an exam. And oh, hang on, Remus Lupin is still clever and usually passes his exams--that is, when he remembers not to pass out months before the exams even happen!
