[Ah, but he's busy now-- but in half an hour he returns home, much to both Morholt and Iggy's pleasure. Letting the dogs leap over him, he calls:]

[ She brightens, walking out from the lounge with Crooks wrapped around her shoulders - it's almost like the kitten is watching the dogs and laughing at them being on the ground. Walking over, Hermione gives him a quick hug of greeting. ]

Had a good day?

Lovely, thank you.

[He greets both dogs with a laugh and pulls away entirely, going to stand beside Hermione.]

Come on, let's go-- I notice your hair is still brown. Mildly disappointing, I have to say, but we'll fix that soon enough.

Oh, trust me, you won't be disappointed. Last time it was pink, Remus, and Samantha's turned blue. She's naturally a redhead.

[ Hermione smiles, waving away the dogs gently and watching as the scamper off, Crooks hopping down carefully and moving to curl up on the sofa. ]

Shall we do it in the kitchen?

[He grins over at her.]

You ought to ask Sirius about transformation spells. He gave me dog ears once, much to my despair and his amusement.

I'm not at all surprised, you know that? He would do the same here if he had half the chance, and not just to you.

[ Hermione puts her bag on the table and pulls out a few vials, placing them on the table. ]

Take your pick.

[His fingers skim along the vials, running over them before choosing a particularly slender one.]

[ She picks her own, lifting it up. ]

Three... Two... One...

[ And then she downs her Potion. Again, her hair turns a vivid pink and fluffing up. ]

Goodness.

[His own brightens to a rather vibrant electric blue. He laughs and reaches out, touching her hair gently.]

Merlin, look at that! How long does it last? What's mine?

It lasts about an hour, I think.

[ She grins as he touches her hair, lifting her hand and running it through his, gently, unconscious of having stepped closer to him to do it. ]

Yours is blue, Remus. Like neon blue.

[He laughs and tilts his head down, giving her easier access.]

They're fantastic-- a complete success, I should think!

[ She grins, delighting in it. What a pair they make, Hermione with her neon pink and Remus with his blue. ]

I'll tell Samantha as soon as I can.

[ Then, she near enough pouts. ]

At least yours looks good. I look like a banshee.

[ She hums, dropping her hand to his shoulder. ]

Do you want to take a picture for Sirius and James?

If you've a camera, god, yes.

We can use our bracelets.

[ Hermione sets it up, shifting the angle so that the camera is open. It's a video camera, sure, but they can make it work. ]

[He beams up into the bracelet. They look utterly ridiculous, but fantastically so; he laughs.]

I have to say, I quite like the change-- perhaps I'll make it permanent, hm?

[ She grins, watching him with a bright smile. ]

It does rather suit you. I could definitely see it working for you long-term.

Goes with my eyes-- though we'd have to dye my eyebrows to match.

I don't know, I kind of like the natural brows with the dyed hair.
